Make buffalo chicken meatballs using ground chicken and cook the meatballs in the air fryer. Coat in homemade buffalo sauce.
Buffalo chicken meatballs are the next best thing to buffalo wings. Because it’s 2021 and finding chicken wings at the grocery store is almost impossible. These buffalo chicken meatballs are going to become your go-to recipe when you need a buffalo sauce fix.
We cooked these chicken buffalo meatballs in the air fryer in order to get a crispy meatball that’s just as good as wings. If you don’t have an air fryer, you could fry them in a frying pan to get that crispy texture on the outside.
Buffalo chicken meatballs are great for dinner, as an appetizer, and for game day. Just keep warm in a slow cooker in a warm setting.
