Buffalo Chicken Air Fryer Meatballs

Skip the wings and use ground chicken to make buffalo chicken meatballs in the air fryer. Coat with a homemade buffalo sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • cup Bleu cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup plus 1 Tablespoon Buffalo hot sauce divided
  • Bleu cheese dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, green onions, bleu cheese crumbles, and 1 Tablespoon of Buffalo hot sauce.  
  • Use a 1 Tablespoon cookie scoop to roll the meat into meatballs. 
  • Air fry meatballs in batches for 8-10 minutes. 
  • Toss the meatballs in ½ cup Buffalo sauce to serve
