3 gourmet s'mores in a pile

S’mores are a summer staple. From camping to picnics, you can find the classic marshmallow, chocolate and graham cracker treat. There are quite a few fun variations on s’mores. You can use chocolate peanut butter cups instead of a chocolate bar. Or use fudge striped cookies instead of graham crackers. But these gourmet s’mores take the cake for a delicious and fun twist on the classic s’more.

Gourmet S’mores: Lemon Meringue Pie S’mores

Lemon Meringue Pie S’mores Ingredients:

  • Marshmallows
  • Graham Crackers
  • Lemon Pudding

Lemon Meringue Pie Gourmet S’mores are kind of a no brainer. You already have half of a lemon meringue pie in the classic s’more with the marshmallow and the graham crackers. Just add a little dollop of lemon pudding to the graham cracker and you have a delightful mini lemon meringue pie in a s’more form. These are absolutely delicious!

Gourmet S’mores: Chocolate Covered Strawberry S’mores

Chocolate Covered Strawberry S’mores Ingredients:

You might have to look hard to find strawberry marshmallows in the grocery store, but they do exist. Toast them up and put them on chocolate graham crackers with a chocolate candy bar. You might even be able to skip the candy bar if you need a dairy-free s’more. The chocolate graham crackers are a super fun twist, too.

Gourmet S’mores: Cinnamon Roll S’mores

Cinnamon Roll S’mores Ingredients:

  • Marshmallows (cinnamon if you can find them)
  • Cream cheese frosting
  • Cinnamon graham crackers

You can probably go ahead and make these in the morning when camping and call them breakfast. To make these gourmet s’mores, spread cream cheese frosting on one side of the graham crackers. Toast up your marshmallows and them between one plain and one frosted graham cracker. If you want, go ahead and throw in a chocolate candy bar, too. You may want to hide these from the kids.

These sound delicious and so unique!! Thanks for the great ideas!! Just a suggestion for the strawberry chocolate smores…try spreading on a dab of strawberry glaze along with the strawberry marshmallows:)
(you can ususally find this in glass jars in the produce section and usually next to the strawberries or make your own:)
