This past January I started on a mission to eat healthier and get more exercise. I’ve been fairly successful having dropped an entire clothing size! It took some work to change our eating style and learning to buy different foods than I was used was hard at first. One food in particular that I know keep on hand at all times are Hass avocados.
Hass avocados are full of good fats, fiber, potassium and iron. They also are sodium and cholesterol free and contain less than one 1 gram of sugar in an entire Hass avocado! Check out this video for some more fun information on Hass Avocados:
