Make meatless meals fun and kid friendly with these great ideas ranging from meatless corn dogs to yummy baked mac and cheese!

Meatless Meals

When planning my menu each week I try to make sure we have a variety of different dishes for dinner.   I try to make sure we eat only one type of meal each week so my kids aren’t sick of chicken by the end of the week.  At least one night each week I try to plan a meatless meal.  I like to take a break from meat and teach my kids to enjoy a variety of foods.  It can be hard, though, to find kid friendly meatless meals.  You can make pasta, of course, but that can get old fast.  Thanks to Morning Star Farms for encouraging me to find a Fresh Take on Meals and sponsoring this post.
