Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Separate the wings from the drums and pat them dry with a paper towel. Trim the wing tips if desired.
Mix together the baking powder and flour in a small bowl and sprinkle lightly onto each wing, tossing to coat.
Transfer the wings to the baking sheet and place them into the preheated oven to bake for 15 minutes. Turn the wings over and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the chicken wings from the oven and spoon the sauce over each wing, turning to coat evenly.
Return the wings to the oven to bake for another 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Notes
Cooked buffalo wings can be stored safely in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. If stored in the freezer, wings are good for up to 6 months.
