Ingredients

medium to large potatoes
cooked and grated
1
bunch green onions
take off most of the green part, chopped
3
cups
sour cream
1/2
pound
shredded cheese
colby or cheddar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl.
Spread mixture into a 9" x 13" baking dish and cover with cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes.
