Apply hot glue to a 2-inch section on one side of the wreath form.

Attach one end of the ribbon to the wreath form with the glue.

Wrap the ribbon completely around the wreath, slightly overlapping. Apply hot glue to secure the end of the ribbon to the wreath.

Cut the stems of the floral decoration so you have 3 pieces. 

Glue 3 of the pieces on the left side of the wreath. 

Glue one gnome to the wreath near the bottom of the floral pieces to cover up the stems.

Hot glue the other gnome to the other side of the wreath.
