Broccoli coleslaw is made with a bag of shredded broccoli slaw mix, mayonnaise, vinegar, and celery seed. Just toss the slaw with the dressing for a quick side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz bag of broccoli slaw
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons mayo
  • 2 T tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons whole celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1-2 cups dried fruit optional
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Open the bag of broccoli slaw and add it to a large bowl. Toss in the parsley.
  • Next, add the mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, and celery seed.
  • Stir well to completely coat the broccoli slaw with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The basic broccoli coleslaw is ready to eat or you can add in some optional add-ins.
  • Stir in 1-2 cups of dried fruits such as cranberries or blueberries.
  • Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of pumpkin seeds or even sunflower seeds.
  • Serve the broccoli coleslaw immediately or place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to chill if desired.
