Paint each cork with 2 coats of white craft paint letting dry between each coat.

Place 1 screw eye into the top of the snowman by twisting it in.

Measure a pipe cleaner by cutting it the same length of the cork with diagonal cutters or scissors. Wrap the pipe cleaner around the cork to create the curved shape.

Use craft glue to affix the pipe cleaner to the cork. Then attach the pom poms to the front of the pipe cleaner.

Use permanent markers to draw a face/buttons/nose onto the snowman. You can make each one unique! Add a piece of baker’s twine or ribbon for hanging.

Place 1 screw eye into the top of the snowman by twisting it in.

Cut a piece of felt 6″ long by about 1/4″ wide. Tie the felt around the snowman and attach a small amount of craft glue to the back of the scarf to keep it on the snowman and a small amount under the scarf tail to keep it flat.

Trim ends as desired. You can use scissors to snip the ends of the scarf to create fringe, too.

Use permanent markers to draw a face/buttons/nose onto the snowman. Add a piece of baker’s twine or ribbon for hanging.

Trim 2 pieces of fleece, 3.5″ x 2.5″ for the hat and 10″ x 1/4″ for the hat string.

Wrap the fleece around the cork so it makes a hat shape. Attach with hot glue.

Tie the long piece of fleece around the top of the fleece to make a hat. Knot the end to also make a hanging piece.

Use permanent markers to draw a face/buttons/nose onto the snowman. Use the hanger from the hat to hang on the tree or attach to a gift.
