Breakfast Cookies

Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups oats any kind
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • Chocolate chips raisins, dried fruit -- about 1/2-1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl whisk together butter, oil, honey, eggs, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda and buttermilk.
  • Stir in oats and flour and then your mix in.
  • Scoop batter on to cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Allow cookies to sit on cookie sheet for a few minutes until they are set enough to move to cooling racks.
