Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
In a large, shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and all spice.
Soak slices of bread in liquid mixture until they are well saturated.
Fry slices in batches just until outside is browned, 2-3 minutes.
Place bread slices on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake French toast for 12-15 minutes or until nicely browned.
Meanwhile, in a small saute pan, melt better over medium heat.
Add sugar and stir for 1 minute.
Add in bananas and stir to coat well with sugar/butter mixture.
Add cinnamon and stir.
Serve bananas over French toast.
