Ready to start slow cooking? Pull out your slow cooker and get ready for a month of slow cooker recipes!
I used to use my slow cooker at least once a week. I’m not sure what happened but for some reason, I just stopped using it. I don’t know if I was just bored with my current slow cooker recipes or what. But this past month, I decided to pull out my slow cookers and get cooking.
I challenged myself to pull out my Crock Pot at least once a week and get to work creating new recipes and trying old ones out again. And it was amazing! There is life beyond pot roast, potatoes and carrots in the slow cooker!
I’d forgotten how awesome it is to walk in the door at 7 pm after a baseball game to a hot dinner ready to go.
I’d forgotten how easy it is to make a side dish in the slow cooker while the main dish is in the oven.
But no more! I’m have fallen back in love with cooking in my Crock Pot and I want YOU to fall in love with yours again, too. Join me for 30 days of slow cooking as I share old and new recipes for dinners, drinks, desserts, side dishes and more.
I’ll share recipes like Spiced Peachy Pork Chops, Slow Cooker Stuffed Apples, and Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese. There’s something for everyone! I’ll also challenge you to cook bread, desserts, and other foods you’d never thought of making in the slow cooker.
It’s going to be a blast! Now is the perfect time to turn off the oven and turn on the slow cooker!
