Kick up chocolate fudge with Mint OREOS in this easy mint OREO Fudge Recipe!
Fudge is my favorite candy to make. Butter pecan fudge is my absolute favorite. It’s closely followed by Cookies and Cream Fudge, which is basically an OREO cookie in fudge form. Every winter I am obsessed with the minty delight of chocolate sandwich cookies filled with a mint cream. So why not make them in to a fudge?
Fudge is actually very easy to make. In fact, you only need 3 ingredients plus the cookies to make this recipe! Fudge does take hands on cooking, though. It’s important to keep the burner on a medium to low heat and to stir constantly. Candy making can go bad quickly if it’s left unattended or is cooked on too high of a flame.
