Do you like change? Check out the changes Bigelow Tea and my family recently made to our “look!”
Most people don’t really like change very much. Have you ever gone to a website to find it totally different and not know where to look for your favorite articles? Or how about when the grocery store changes up all the aisles? That one drives me crazy! I think we all appreciate knowing what to expect. Sometimes, though, change can be fun and exciting.
This past summer my husband and I made some big changes to our living room. We ripped out the carpet and replaced it with laminate flooring, which was a big change. But the real difference in the room was made when we spent an hour and half a gallon of paint on a wall.
The wall is the first thing you see when you enter our home and it had been boring, flat contractor white for the entire four years we’ve lived here. I was tired of the dirt and boring white. We needed a change.
And we got change! I can’t believe the difference painting one wall in our living room made. It changed the look and feel of the entire room. I wish we would have made the change sooner.
There’s another thing in my life that has changed recently – the look of the Bigelow Tea boxes I buy. I was introduced to Bigelow Tea by my mom whose favorite tea is Bigelow’s Constant Comment. That orange and black tea box was a staple in our pantry for years. So why the new look? Bigelow wants to share with you who they are as a company and a family.
Each tea box has one of 9 unique family stories on the top of each box. The Constant Comment story is my favorite because it tells how and why Bigelow Tea began and it’s an inspirational story of change. The Constant Comment story is one of the many reasons I love Bigelow Tea so much – they are a family company born of hard work and creativity during a tough time.
The new back of the box is probably my favorite feature. The convenient tuck tab makes the boxes easy to open and close and I love that the box tells you how much caffeine is in your cup of tea and how to brew it hot or cold.
Check out my shopping trip to Walmart to see what the other new boxes look like! Make sure to visit Bigelow Tea’s Pinterest board for more inspiration and stories about Bigelow Tea!
