Sometimes it’s really hard to remember to use kind words. I’ll admit that watching what I say to my family is a struggle. It’s been a struggle since I was a teenager, if I’m totally honest. I have a tendency to say what’s on my mind and it’s not always nice.
I find it especially difficult to be kind when the people I live with are leaving shoes around the house for umpteenth time or when my husband comes home late for work or when I have to say that dinner is ready 10 times before anyone shows up to the dinner table.
