The best way to prevent “hanger?” Plan ahead! Plan meals, track water intake, and schedule workouts with our free fitness and food planner. Thanks to Silk for sponsoring this post.
Benjamin Franklin wrote that “if you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.” I have found that to be so true in all areas of my life. Whether it’s something big like planning for college for the kids or the small things like what’s for lunch, if I have a plan I’m much more likely to succeed. That’s why I’m loving this fitness and food planner – so I can plan ahead and keep track of my food and exercise.
Making changes to your food and fitness routines (or lack of) can be overwhelming. One year I lost 30 lbs in the first 6 months of making changes to my lifestyle and then hot weather and summer hit and I got off track. The key to success is to really plan ahead and track your progress. That is just what this food and fitness planner will help you do.
The fitness and food planner has several different trackers and planners. It includes a food tracker, a meal planner, and a work out schedule. You use the meal planner to help make sure you are eating the food you want instead of eating food you don’t want because you are “hangry” (hungry + angry – ha ha!). This will help you track fruit, vegetables, proteins, and more.
The food tracker is helpful to track not only what I ate but how full or hungry I felt later. I live in a desert, literally, so I’m already a big water drinker. The water tracker will help if you need help adding more fluids to your day.

Thanks for stopping by, Carmia! I’m not a huge fruit eater, either. But I will drink a smoothie – so I make those to help increase my fruit intake.
