Start a fun new tradition with your friends and create a My Favorite Things Easter basket for a fun exchange! Just include your favorite things plus a little candy, of course, and have fun making a friend’s Easter special.
I love Easter. I love creating fun Easter baskets full of goodies for my kids and my husband. I haven’t actually received an Easter basket in years. Easter baskets are like Christmas stockings for moms. We know they exist (because we fill them) but we haven’t actually received one in a decade or so. It’s time to start a new tradition with a friend or family member and create a My Favorite Things Easter basket.
Each person creates an Easter basket full of their favorite things. It can be whatever you love most – bath goodies, food, clothing, make up. Just fill it up with your faves in life. Then you swap with your partner. You each get a fun basket and you get to try new things. I actually created a My Favorite Things Easter basket to give away to one of you! Here’s what I included:
A bunny shaped silicone mold. I love this! I use it to make homemade soap and homemade gummy candy. It’s just a fun Easter item to have on hand.
I change up the towels in my bathroom for the holidays. I love holiday towels so I’ve included a fun set of those in my basket
I recently started learning how to decorate cupcakes and my favorite tool for that is the #1M frosting tip. With this tip you can make pretty cupcakes quickly. Check out my lavender cupcakes to see how it works.
I love frames and I can never have enough. So I’ve included a little frame that perfect for your desk. And of course I included chocolate because it’s not an Easter basket without a chocolate Easter bunny!
