Orange Cake Mix Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet or two with parchment paper. This is an easy dump and mix cookie recipe.
Put the cake mix, oil, eggs and orange extract into a large mixing bowl.
Use a mixing spoon and mix until combined well. You can also mix the dough in a stand mixer.
Form the cookie dough into balls using a 1 tablespoon portion scoop. Scoop into balls and roll between your palms. Generously coat each ball with powdered sugar. Keeping the cookies a uniform size and shape helps them all bake evenly.
