Slow cooker Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktails are perfect to make for any holiday party you plan to attend anytime between Thanksgiving to New Year’s Eve. It is easy to make and it makes your house smell so so good!
Enjoy fall with a batch of apple cider bourbon cocktails made in the slow cooker. You can use apple cider or apple juice. Add some fresh seasonal fruits and spice it up with some whole spices. Let it all simmer in the slow cooker for a few hours. Spike it with bourbon, or rum, and serve with garnishes.

Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail Ingredients:
- Unfiltered Apple Juice
- Clementine Oranges or any other type of oranges
- Apples
- Cinnamon Sticks (approximately 3 inches long each)
- Whole Cloves or Whole Star Anise
- Brown Sugar
- Bourbon or rum
Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail Directions:
Add clementines, apples cloves or star anise, brown sugar and cinnamon sticks to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour the apple juice into the slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Stir in bourbon or rum. Let stand 5-10 minutes to let flavors mix.
Garnish with cinnamon sticks, cloves, apples and/or clementines if desired and serve warm.
Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days.

- 2 quarts unfiltered Apple Juice
- 2 Clementine oranges thinly sliced
- 2 Apples thinly sliced
- 3 - 5 Cinnamon Sticks approximately 3 inches long each
- 1/2 tablespoon Whole Cloves or Whole Star Anise
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 1/3 cup Bourbon
Instructions
- Pour apple juice into the slow cooker.
