It is finally supposed to cool down this week — even reach down in to the 70′s by the end! Hooray for fall! I also managed to find some apples and even whipped up some pumpkin puree. We are ready for fall flavors!
But first, dinner.
Monday: Coney Dogs with homemade ranch potatoes and broccoli
Tuesday: Italian chicken, pasta, green beans
Wednesday: Dinner out (I think?!)
Thursday: Slow Cooker Lentil and Sausage Soup, Slow Cooker Dinner Rolls (good thing I have more than one slow cooker!)
Friday: Amish Baked Chicken, mashed potatoes, green veggie
