Well, it’s finally October… and it’s still almost 100 degrees outside. Ugh. I just want to crank on the oven to bake and cook and not sweat. But alas, I live in the desert and I will be enjoying no snow in January so I’ll stop griping.
I’m supposed to be doing a monthly menu plan today, but I’m having a hard time putting one together right now. It has to do with still stocking up my pantry from being gone this summer. But we’ll get there. Right now we’re on a week to week basis until I can get some bulk shopping done.
Here’s the plan for this week!
Monday: Homemade Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
Tuesday: Coney dogs, broccoli
Wednesday: Sashimi salmon, rice, green beans
Thursday: Slow Cooker Lentil & Sausage Soup
Friday: Spaghetti with marinara, salad
