I've been in the process of going through my recipe collection and I'm surprised at how many wonderful recipes have fallen by the wayside.  This is one of those recipes.  I'm not too much of a cookie baker.  I just can't seem to get it together enough to make really delicious cookies. But this recipe is an exception -- this recipe is for the cookie inept.   This is pure peanut butter goodness!
