Mexican Corn Dip

This is a recipe that I stole from my friend, Kim.  Every single time I have been at a party where it has been served, people have asked for the recipe.  The ingredients seem a bit strange, but I would suggest you at least double this because I guarantee it will disappear.  In fact, this is at least the third batch of this dip that I've made and tried to remember to take a picture of before it vanished.  The best I could do was my friend's iPhone! The single recipe makes a pretty small batch.  I double it and bake in a 9x9 square dish.  If you want the dip on the spicier side, keep the jalapenos larger but if you want it less spicy, dice them small and remove the seeds.
