Salted Caramel Brownies… sounds decadent and difficult to make, but these are so easy and versatile it’s ridiculous! And they are so good, too! You can use your favorite brownie recipe or a box, use homemade caramel or buy some, and add a little coarse salt. That’s it!
I used my whole wheat brownie recipe and some store bought caramel ice cream topping I needed to use up.
- 1 brownie recipe
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- Bake brownies according to directions.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
- Pour caramel sauce over brownies and then sprinkle with salt.
