Well, April has come and gone and I missed more than half of it being sick. I didn’t cook for two weeks straight and didn’t feel inspired to be creative. So you will see a number of repeat recipes on May’s menu including a lot of new recipes I planned to try last month. I’m looking forward to finally getting my feet back underneath me in the kitchen.
