Honey Mustard Dijon Dressing

There used to be a restaurant chain I loved called Bennigans. They served a chicken salad with a honey mustard dressing and I loved that salad!  They are no longer in business, but this salad dressing is just like the one they served.  If your kids like to dip their chicken in honey mustard sauce – this will do the trick!

[...] Every single person in my family loves this salad.  For the picky eater, I just put aside some of the chicken for her (she has to take a bite or two of lettuce).  If your child likes honey mustard for dipping (mine doesn’t), you could give them some chicken and dressing.   You can use any kind of chicken in this salad.  My favorite is friend chicken strips, but I’ve used leftover chicken as well.  I like to serve this with honey mustard Dijon dressing.
