How To Make A Notebook

Learning how to make a notebook is easy! My daughter loves to color and especially likes the "girlies" I draw for her. While I appreciate sharing creative time with her, it becomes taxing to draw them as quickly as she can color them. This easy DIY coloring book solved my artistic limitations, and I bet it could be used for many other ideas - party favors, personalized grocery list, or even a gift memo pad. I'm Jenn from A Jennuine Life, here to share this quick and fun handmade notebook project. I made this in preparation for family air travel we had planned, and it worked like a charm! All you need is your subject drawing or printout, a printer/copier, a scrap of cardboard, and access to a sewing machine. I used a box from a snack package cut to size to use as the rigid backing for my notebook. Summer crafts are not just for camp! Summer is a great time to get outside and get dirty crafting. What better summer craft is there than tie dye? All you need is something white, water and a Busy Kids Kids' Camp Tie-Dye Party Pack from Jo-Anns for a summer craft tie dye adventure. Summertime is prime craft time around here. One of our places to pick up supplies for easy summer crafts is JoAnns. Jo-Ann's has a great Cape Discovery virtual catalog FULL of summer craft ideas for you and your kids. Jo-Anns asked me to pick one fun craft project from the 72 ideas and create it at home. After looking and looking, we finally settled on a Tye Dye Tote Bag. During my college years I worked as a camp counselor at a YMCA camp in northern Kentucky. One year I was a counselor for tweens and we tie dyed every week with the campers.
