My family loves gummy candy in all shapes, sizes and flavors! A few years ago I discovered a recipe to make it at home so we tried it out. It was so easy! Just three ingredients and some kind of mold is all you need.  In half an hour, you will have your own gummy candy. Gummy candy is about the easiest kid friendly recipe I've ever tried. My four year old could pretty much make these herself (except the "cooking" portion).  We aren't really big Jell-O eaters, but I try to keep a few boxes in the pantry for a quick afternoon gummy candy making session when some boredom sets in.  Not exactly the healthiest of snacks but it's fun to make! Bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers are an easy appetizer to make for any party.  Stuffed with goat cheeses and wrapped in bacon, these jalapeno poppers are sure to be the star of your party! For our Super Bowl party this year my Paleo eating sister wanted jalapeno poppers so I agreed to make some.  We usually stuff the poppers with cream cheese, but for some reason I had it in my head that if I made them with goat cheese, they would be Paleo.   Well, after making them I decided to research that fact and found it to be false.  Oh well! They were still really good! I found the goat cheese at Costco and mixed with Manchego, another type of goat cheese that's more like Parmesan or Romano.  I used half of one package of the goat cheese and a few tablespoons of the Manchego. Enjoy a fun spin on the classic Rice Krispies treat for a late  night snack! Chocolate and almond combine with Kellogg's Rice Krispies for a delicious snack. The dishes are done. The kids are in bed. I'm usually working in my laptop and maybe watching some TV. Then some time around 9:00 PM, I start to get hungry. Because of my husband's early work schedule, we eat early meals. We eat dinner by 5:00 PM, which means that 4 hours later, I'm getting hungry.   If I go to bed hungry, then I have trouble falling asleep so I definitely need a late night snack. Baked flautas are quick and easy to make for your game day party thanks to Tyson Chicken Fries.  Just wrap the chicken fries, add buffalo sauce and cheese, wrap and bake for the perfect big game snack. Are you ready for game day in two weeks?  My husband started planning his game day party sometime in September.  I, of course, am left to actually put the plans in to motion.
